Fat and the Moon All Cream is a rich, essential oil-free face and body moisturizer designed for sensitive, reactive, and very dry skin of all ages, including babies (barring individual sensitivities). It provides daily moisture and a protective lipid layer for skin that is easily dehydrated or sun-exposed. The formula centers on organic sunflower oil, shea butter, aloe vera, and rosewater to hydrate, soften, and support the skin barrier. It has a pH of 5.5 and a naturally light botanical scent from rosewater only. All Cream is formulated without essential oils, synthetic fragrance, parabens, phthalates, or petroleum-derived ingredients. It also excludes common synthetic fillers and uses a minimal ingredient list: organic sunflower oil, organic rosewater, organic aloe vera, organic shea butter, polyglyceryl-3 beeswax, sodium levulinate, and potassium sorbate. This cream is thick and occlusive rather than fast-absorbing, making it better suited to dry or depleted skin than to very oily skin types. A small amount is intended to cover a large area when applied to slightly damp skin, day or night. All Cream is a perishable product, made with organic and freshly made-to-order ingredients. Shelf life is up to 4 months at room temperature, or about 6 months if refrigerated. Texture changes, shea “beads,” or separation can occur with temperature shifts; the product can be stirred and used as directed. Packaging uses a printed amber glass jar with a tinplate plastisol-lined metal lid and an outer carton made from sustainable hemp paper, all designed for reuse or recycling where local facilities accept these materials.
